About my venture

BEST BEAUTY Started 2010

Hi I m running I think a successful business for over six years now. i have two self employee. We offer lots of treatments and we are very busy. Everyday we get new clients and lots of came back even if they try anywhere else. I thought everything is going just fine until now when I went on maternity leave. I have noticed I m losing money and I m overpaying my stuff. I was paying them £600 basic and after that they were getting 40% off each client they have done. I spoke with somebody about that and they suggest to give them 50% off each client and as a self employee they should pay me for a products they use. So I spoke with them and I offered them 50% off earnings and half price for the products they would have to pay. The result, they left:( Now I m stuck with no stuff and me not being able to come back to work because my babe is coming in 5 days.
