My professional background

I have over 22 years of experience in all facets of the Digital/Web industry, managing teams, projects, products, and programs, from initial strategy, conceptualization, and user experience to technical deployment, measurement, and re-engineering. I'm a thought leader in digital and I love to inspire my teams, customers, and others by teaching them what I know about digital and social media. I have won several awards from my employers over the years, but I am most proud of the award I won for mentoring small businesses in Atlanta on digital strategy, as part of GEs Supplier Diversity program. I have also been honored at GE for leading revolutionary digital projects and webinars for the company, including sessions for search and social, and guest speaking at internal GE digital leadership events. I had a great time as a guest speaker for a university marketing class. I am an educator, a public speaker, and a published author. I also created and owned a small photography business.
