Jeff Jones, Program Director
Jeff is focused on team management, overall program and product strategy, and fundraising and sustainability planning. Jeff has nine years of experience in web technology and economic development, and he previously advised the Aspen Institute and the California Association for Microenterprise Opportunity on domestic microenterprise development.
Samantha Mafchir, Program Associate
Samantha heads up the day-to-day management of MicroMentor‘s monitoring, support, and evaluation operations and leads our Affiliate Program for enterprise development programs. Samantha has five years experience in non-profit and policy work internationally and in the United States focusing on entrepreneurialism and education.
Jinell Smithmyer, Affiliate Program Coordinator
Jinell coordinates our Affiliate Program for enterprise development organizations and focuses on the generation of new processes and resources to improve the MicroMentor user experience. Jinell joined MicroMentor with a strong background in the development and coordination of mentoring programs.
Karen Doyle Grossman, Vice President, Social Innovations, Mercy Corps
In this role, Karen leads Mercy Corps‘ work to advance double bottom line and blended value solutions, particularly in fragile and failing states. Karen was the original architect of MicroMentor, and she provides strategic planning and advising to the program.
