Signing Up
Signing up is easy. Simply go to our Home Page and click Be a Mentor or Find a Mentor. The application consists of three short sections: creating your account, completing your Mentor or Entrepreneur Profile, and providing us with demographic information. Our application form should take you about 15 minutes to complete and then you are ready to begin!
Login Help
I forgot my password or my login email, what should do?
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Your Password on our Sign In page. Enter your email address and we will send you a temporary password. Once you log in, change your temporary password by clicking on the My Profile tab and editing your User and Account Info.
If you have forgotten the email address you used when you joined MicroMentor, send an email to support@micromentor.org with your name and location (city/state) and we will update your email address for you.
Updating Your Profile & Contact Settings
Sign in to your MicroMentor account, click on the My Home tab and go to Profile & Contact Settings. From here you can edit all of your information and account settings.
Privacy and Your Public Profile
What about privacy? Is my personal information displayed openly on the web?
On your Profile & Contact Settings page, you can see which information is included in your public profile, and you can click on View my Public Profile to see how your profile looks to others. Some of your Public Profile information is available on other websites in order to promote mentoring opportunities and the program in general.
We will share your email and, optionally, your phone number with your mentoring matches at the time that you are matched.
All other information is confidential and we will never sell your personal information. View our Privacy Policy.
Closing Your Account
You can close, or temporarily deactivate, your MicroMentor account at any time. Just email support@micromentor.org.
