Q. What is the Best Real Estate Property Management Software?
My business is growing rapidly. I have had several offers from other companies to partnership with me or buy into my business. I am not ready to merge, but want to continue to grown and learn from my personal decision. I am looking for the best property management software available. I really need my rental owners to have access to the program, so it can free up time for me to handle other aspects of my business.

Depends on what kind of property you would like to manage. For residential and small sized mutli family proeprty, try www.buildium.com. Although the price increases depends on the number of units you manage, it's pretty simple and usre-friendly. If you have pretty good sized portfolio you manage, usually one of the product from Yardi is always good choice.
