Q. I am trying to locate a commercial kitchen (licensed by the USDA - items contain ground turkey) here in the Atlanta, GA area where I can rent space on an hourly basis to produce my food products? Thank you.

Possibly try a sports stadium or conference facility where the kitchens are not utilized all the time?

Also, look for "co-packers" who might be willing to let you use their facility.  You may find that they can be of other benefit to you as well.

Check out the website: http://www.sharedkitchens.com/. They are in Suwanee, GA. They do have some limitations on products containing  over a certain percentage of meat if you're selling the product wholesale.
