Q. What Plugin is available to put multiple images on a static page that can link to external websites?
Adding images one at a time to link to an external is possible but very exhuasting. I used the photo Gallery that comes on Wordpress but can't get each picture to link. This website is an example: http://www.westcoastjewelry.com/b/2526837011
I don't know CSS & prefer plugins. Suggestions would be appreciated

If you are not familiar with web design but also want to take on the task of tackling the web site yourself, your best bet is to go with a pre-made theme that has the features already built in.
I personally have used themeforest in the past and trust their site the most in terms of security in transaction and quality of themes.

Be diligent in your research. Don't go for the "cheapest" one because you may lose out on important features you'll need later. Also read the comments and see what people are saying. Notice if the developer of the theme has a good support system. Some will answer questions in comments and some have their own support forums. Having a theme that offers good support is even more important than the theme itself, no matter what your level of expertise is.
