You may be better off creating a website through a company like vistaprint.com. You can try out a free website for 30 days. Their system is very easy to navigate and at $4.95 month - you can't beat it. You'll be able to launch your website within hours of creating it and you'll be able to edit content on your own. Joomla developers are great - but when they see dollar signs from a paying client - you may be left without a website (or access to it.) Good Luck.
