Q. Need Insurance for a home based craft business - I don't know where to go - can you help?

Our company has recently launched and has been offered an opportunity to sell our all-natural soap and bath products at local Navy Exchanges.  We are required to have insurance and I'm not sure who to go to.  My current home insurance company cannot help me.  What questions should I ask?  Are there insurance companies out there that can help crafters like me?

I know The Hartford insures small businesses, you might start there.

Look for an independent insurance agency in your area.  Last resort...check yello pages.

Do do not say what type of insurnace is required. Is it general business insurance or sme type of product liability insurance. Get the full details of what you need and then you can Google  "Commercial Insurance Brokers Virginia Beach" to get a list to contact
