What I need help with

My background as an entrepreneur

My current challenges

We are currently embarking on a number of partnership renewals. As a non-profit, we are actively trying to expand our community outreach and awareness. Our challenge is to ensure that our name is recognizable as a valuable community partner. We have 30 years of established results and have recently launched a new initiative to create more positive impact.

Actions I’ve taken so far

I have taken on my current role, so I am still in the process of building context. Prior to taking this role, our team has proactively attempted to tell our story of success in a compelling and effective way, however many actions have been more tactical than strategic.

My future goals

Our organization's future goals is that by 2030 (our 10 Year Goal) twice as many children in communities where we work will reach key educational milestones indicating they are on a path to economic mobility and co-creating a future filled with possibility.

My motivations to work with a mentor

I joined the organization last year and am in charge of our organization's marketing and communications. For the coming year, we are looking to improve stakeholder engagement through a variety of methods. I am interested in working with a mentor to seek advice and receive feedback on traditional and innovative plans to strengthen brand awareness.
