We are in the final stages of putting together our business plan and financial projections, and would like assistance in finalizing these. Additionally, we are looking for guidance of how to structure ownership between three founding members of the business (LLC).

Competitive market analysis, rough draft of financial projections and operating costs, identified possible gym location, chosen suppliers and contracters to build walls and created relationships with said companies,
My future goals
We are hoping to being an initial round of fundraising in July to gain enough capital for an SBA loan, and would like our gym to be fully operational and running by October 2022. We plan to open additional indoor climbing facilities around the region, and be a leader in the industry .
My motivations to work with a mentor
I know enough to know that I don't know enough. I am highly motivated to start a successful company, and while I have always had an entrepreneurial drive, I would like to guided through this process so that I make as few mistakes as possible.
About my venture
BlocParc is a modern rock climbing facility that offers high-quality movement, fitness, and yoga as well as a space for community gahering in Gresham. The indoor rock climbing industry has been quickly growing in the past decade, and there is no indoor climbing gym in East Portland or Gresham, making this an excellent and very profitable business venture. This facility will be owned and managed by three climbing professionals with over 40 combined years of specialized experience in the climbing industry. The owners have a deep understanding of current industry trends and will use their experience to create an unmatched and unforgettable climbing experience. Every member of the initial management team has specialized knowledge of the most important aspects of a climbing gym: operations, programming, and routesetting.
