Our business plan and model is very convoluted. We have a unique product, however, it's very vulnerable as it relies on other companies to keep us going. It's not a sustainable model, and we're looking to pivot/expand in the future as the world opens back up and the demand for a subscription box is not needed. We do not have a marketing budget as we're not yet turning a profit and use social media as our only means of advertisement.

I would love assistance on strategic planning, scaling, and marketing. Additionally, I'd like to focus less on fulfillment and procurement so I can turn my attention to outreach and sales.

We have scaled back on product development (where we've lost $) and also increased prices due to shipping and inventory issues. We've hired a VA and let go of one employee that was not growing at the pace we were.

I am joining a peer-to-peer entrepreneur group and taking several online courses for start-up founders.

I am new to the business and e-commerce space and in need of some guidance and focus. Realistic goal setting and manageable tasks to be held accountable for would be helpful as I'm often the only one running things. As a small biz owner, you're often wearing 20 different hats and you must be your own cheerleader and in turn, become your biggest critic. A neutral person to bounce ideas off of that has been in a similar position would be a huge help.
