My background as an entrepreneur
My current challenges
I need to be helped to have a proper business plan and business profile. I need to trained on how to run and manage the business financially. Marketing skills and leadership skills training will be helpful.
Actions I’ve taken so far
I have decided to enrol for course in project management.
My future goals
To employee many young people both female and male. To empower the rural people through the supply of reliable electricity source. To grow the business and contribute to the economy of the country. To help the most affected people by providing the cheapest way of electricity.
My motivations to work with a mentor
I am willing to obtain as much knowledge and skills that i may get from my mentor. My mentor should be supportive and committed. He must communicate very well.
About my venture
Davey Electric and Solar Started 2019
I am young aspiring entrepreneur seeking to provide renewable energy to the most remote places in Namibia at an affordable rate possible. I have started installing solar home systems that generate electricity that can be used to power up most of household appliances and equipments. This has been greatly welcomed by the communities. However financially the business is not generating a profit.
