I do not have the required skills to get this business off the ground, that is, making my first sale and getting this to grow. I also need to develop even the most basic management and administrative structures which will guide the efficient operation of this business. I would also like guidance on how best I can generate the requisite capital to kick start the process, e.g. through Venture capital proposals, partnership proposals, equity, e.t.c

I have reached started the baby steps of trying to put together a team of people who would help me handle certain aspects of the business, including the financial management, administration and operations. I am also working on a management plan, to help me come up with a systematic guide on basic business operations. With regard to Capital for the business, I have drawn up a business plan, which I seek to present to potential partners, for purposes of securing the initial start up capital

To be financially independent, to create job opportunities for many people and to support upcoming entrepreneurs who might be struggling to get their businesses off the ground.

A mentor is a person who has gone through the same challenges I am going through as an entrepreneur and could help or steer me through these, whilst enabling me to use my own strengths and capabilities . Mentors are usually non judgmental and would be empathetic and understanding, and mostly, would push me to become the best I possibly could be. In the long term, I desire to become a mentor, who would also inspire and help others to grow as well, hence create a better world for all

I am currently doing Construction and Interiors, but have noted an opportunity in perimeter beam security systems in Kenya. I would like to capture a share of this market.
