My current challenges includes but not limited to; 1. Competing with already established companies who have a good reputation, whose company profiles are appealing and their financial statements are good. 2. My company profile as at now does not meet some of the procurement requirements such as audited reports in the last three years, bank statements and construction annual turn over as it is newly incorporated and has not yet excuted any works.

1. While making an application of a tender for example and they mandatory requirements needs me to have audited reports, bank statments and annual turn over, i let them know that this a newly incorporated company by writing only that i get disquilified anyway.
2. I've tried talking to some procurement officers to consider Hemack on some of the minor works and supply tenders despite having to competing with beast companies.

To be a functional and reputable company in the future and also help and nurture upcoming ventures.

I believe that i can learn alot from a mentor and that motivates me alot so that i can reach his/her heights. Just like Jesus mentored his disciples and molded them to become almost like him if not him, I would love a mentor who molds me into becoming a successful entreprenuer. I believe a contractor is a mini hardware hence can also be termed as an enterprenuer.
