We started off as a Small Pop-Up Food Stand in the streets of Mumbai Suburbs in 2015...then we gradually started supplying our French Fries to various cafes,Restaurants and Lounge Bars for market Research .Recently we have started our First Outlet inside Korum Mall,Thane and we have been getting a very good response from our consumers.
My future goals
My 3 Year Plan is : 3 Company Owned Restaurants 2 Franchise Owned Restaurants
My motivations to work with a mentor
To reduce First Timer's mistakes and scale up to a successful franchise model,also transform into a Restaurant Chain from a small Outlet to a Fast Casual Restaurant Brand.

Fries on Fire Started 2019
Fries on fire is the brand of French Fries Stands that makes people happy and well fed by providing them with a wide choice of amazing French fries,Excellent Customer Service and Happy Memories. Fries On Fire has created an All-Original Menu focusing on Gourmet, Hand Crafted Offerings focusing on Loaded French Fries-where cheese is melted right in front of the customer using Blow Torches, Wedges along with classic Fondue Hamburgers, Non-Alcoholic Beers, Mocktails and Contemporary Desserts on the menu. We will further offer specialty selections including upcoming Food Trends in our menu which will be a major Hit in the market.
