Anita is focused on team management, strategic planning, business development, partnerships, public relations, and thought leadership. She brings with her an extensive corporate and non-profit background. Most recently she managed Operations for Xerox’s eCommerce and North American channel marketing business. She is also the co-founder and held a leadership role for 15 years at a local non-profit, SAWERA that assists South Asian women and children affected by domestic violence since 1997.
David is responsible for tailoring MicroMentor to the needs of individual users and not-for-profit partners. He monitors trends in user behavior and customer feedback to develop a responsive interface and provision of supportive services. He also disseminates best practices in mentoring to other programs which help small business owners. With a background in eCommerce, Marketing, and Data Analysis, David contributes to process improvment, web design, and marketing, and web analytics. Outside of the office, he is happiest experiencing music, nature, and food with his wife and young daughter.
Emily serves as the point of contact to provide support to clients, responding to their individual needs and improving their experience and outcomes with MicroMentor. She is also responsible for sales and marketing support, leading global trainings, helping to strengthen partnerships and continuously seeking new opportunities to collaborate. Emily has extensive experience in community economic development projects in the US and Latin America working with entrepreneurs and mentors to launch small amd medium size businesses. She is adept at cross-cultural communications and is passionate about working with people to develop innovative and sustainable solutions that cultivate human potential through social entrepreneurship.
Sam works to cultivate quality connections between mentors and entrepreneurs in support of a robust and user-driven mentoring methodology. He does so through management of MicroMentor's online community, creation of mentoring and business development resources, and the documentation and analysis of mentoring activities worldwide. Sam's background is in international development and humanitarian relief, in particular, as it pertains to economic development and monitoring and evaluation. He chooses to work for MicroMentor because of the many opportunities he gets to witness transformational change occurring in challenging contexts.
Tatiana is in charge of the full expansion of MicroMentor into Mexico. She will be responsible for building partnerships with organizations to build a national network of entreprenuers, mentors and resources on the MicroMentor platform. She will also provide direct support to platform stakeholders and perform monitoring and evaluation of the program's local impact. She has extensive project management in the international non-profit sector, with an industry focus on entrepreneurship. Previously, Tatiana supported social entrepreneurs at Ashoka, and has also helped a variety of social enterprises and international agencies as an independent consultant.
Rodrigo is a Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility professional with over eight years of experience, specializing in assessment of strategic cross-sector alliances for social, education and environmental projects. Among his most important experiences are having designed and operated the social strategy of financial institutions, a social-education franchise, having coordinated a dozen corporate volunteer projects and having participated in two international investigations in the same field.
