Anita is focused on team management, strategic planning, business development, partnerships, public relations, and thought leadership. She brings with her an extensive corporate and non-profit background. Most recently she managed Operations for Xerox’s eCommerce and North American channel marketing business. She is also the co-founder and held a leadership role for 15 years at a local non-profit, SAWERA that assists South Asian women and children affected by domestic violence since 1997.
Loren is responsible for tailoring MicroMentor to the needs of individual users and not-for-profit partners. He monitors trends in user behavior and customer feedback to develop a responsive interface and provision of supportive services. He also disseminates best practices in mentoring to other programs which help small business owners. With a educational background in Psychology, Loren has contributed to diverse causes with volunteer coordination, process improvment, web design, and marketing. In his free time, he enjoys all things outdoors and creates music.
Taj drives MicroMentor's US and global business development efforts and cultivates partnerships with corporations interested in establishing and growing their employee engagement programs. He manages all marketing, business development, and partnership processes. Taj brings with him an extensive background in marketing and technology operations, business development, and financial services. Before joining MicroMentor, Taj built Symantec’s Demand Generation Sales Organization for the North America Geo from the ground up. He also comes from a small business family, growing his passion and knowledge of small business development beginning at the age of five. Some of Taj’s passions outside of work are unplugging in the great outdoors, international travel, team and outdoor sports, and real estate investing.
Emily serves as the point of contact to provide support to clients, responding to their individual needs and improving their experience and outcomes with MicroMentor. She is also responsible for sales and marketing support, leading global trainings, helping to strengthen partnerships and continuously seeking new opportunities to collaborate. Emily has extensive experience in community economic development projects in the US and Latin America working with entrepreneurs and mentors to launch small amd medium size businesses. She is adept at cross-cultural communications and is passionate about working with people to develop innovative and sustainable solutions that cultivate human potential through social entrepreneurship.
Manfred is in charge of establishing and growth of MicroMentor in Guatemala. His primary responsibilities include interacting with key stakeholders and donors while focusing on partnership building, marketing, as well as monitoring and evaluation of the program. Manfred has vast experience working both in the public and private sector, mainly in the areas of sustainable development, strategy, finance, project management, partnership building and fundraising. Before joining our team he worked on various social impact projects in the United States, Brazil and Guatemala aiming to support local entrepreneurs to become agents of change around their communities while solving problems around food waste management, health, education, agriculture, value chains and climate finance.
Tatiana is in charge of the full expansion of MicroMentor into Mexico. She will be responsible for building partnerships with organizations to build a national network of entreprenuers, mentors and resources on the MicroMentor platform. She will also provide direct support to platform stakeholders and perform monitoring and evaluation of the program's local impact. She has extensive project management in the international non-profit sector, with an industry focus on entrepreneurship. Previously, Tatiana supported social entrepreneurs at Ashoka, and has also helped a variety of social enterprises and international agencies as an independent consultant.
Rodrigo is a Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility professional with over eight years of experience, specializing in assessment of strategic cross-sector alliances for social, education and environmental projects. Among his most important experiences are having designed and operated the social strategy of financial institutions, a social-education franchise, having coordinated a dozen corporate volunteer projects and having participated in two international investigations in the same field.
