My goals are to develop genuine and mutually beneficial relationships with those who don't always have access to executive coaching. With executive coaching, success may not necessarily be measured in numbers (though we would definitely talk about improving business metrics via increased leadership capabilities), rather, it's measured in unlocking potential and focusing energy on activities that will yield the greatest results in the long-run.
