How to work with me

What I can offer

I can assist from the small business set up to planning for growth. I’m a firm believer in Managing cash flow, reviewing weekly PNLs and knowing when to hire based on demand signals. Negotiating good vendor contracts and recruiting the right people at the right time can help owners roll with the ups and downs of growth and market shifts. I use both accurate information and instinct to survive and can help a business owner survive and grow making quick and often difficult decisions .

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

I would like to help someone who is motivated to successfully grow a business and put in the hard work whether it’s selling milk or providing a cleaning service. There are many ideas and many needs, I would like to help a business that wants to grow. I’ve helped well building in Africa and a start up with BMW all good ideas with a good plan but it’s the entrepreneur that makes a business grow.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

Have some ideas of where they want to go and how much they need to make to survive. If they are fine with what they have that’s good too, I can help to see the next area for market growth. I am expert in hiring and trimming labor. Labor cost is usually the largest expense. We can discuss ways to increase retune by reducing expenses and increasing clients. I need to know what you want to be doing in the next 5 to 10 years .
