Advertising + graphic design studies in early 1990s 🤯 led to lucrative hospitality sales & marketing career, primarily within the hotel sector, representing globally recognized (Hilton) and boutique (Kor Hotels, Kimpton) brands. Relationship-driven sales has always been my approach to business. Began training junior sales staff ~2012; launched a hospitality and tourism academy as lead instructor in 2015, introducing high school scholars to career and entrepreneurial opportunities within the hotel, transportation, entertainment, and food and beverage sectors. Founded TBT Hospitality in 2018; currently leading our team to provide career coaching, workforce development, and marketing support for the hospitality industry.
