• Establishing a clear branding for what we have to offer (cheaper than anyone due to no overhead and commercial costs)
• Finding B2C clients for the business using social media and bookings only.
• Finding B2C clients using F2F marketing.

• Got certified in all areas needed for insurance and to do treatments. (Myself and another person)
• Purchased equipment needed to do the treatments from A-Z.
• Planning permission to run the business from central city locations.
• Set up a Facebook business account, WhatsApp business account, and 60% of the website.

• Establishing a working, lucrative, business model from our current location.
• Finding employees to pop in and do treatments for when the schedule demands.
• Expanding to a second location.

We have the business setup and we have done Facebook ads with success. But we are looking for more avenues of where to conduct marketing and find paying clients.

We are looking to set up an (as much as possible, with other human beings involved) automatic process that allows me to focus on findind new cliens where the aesthethicans do the treatments on a continous basis, Monday to Sunday.

First Clinic Limited is a central Aesthetics Clinic located in the heart of Dublin. We have no costs for overhead and for commercial space which allow us to provide soul-crushing prices for our competitors. We have acquired equipment to use the latest technology in all treatments that we provide.

We are 100% ready to go with everything. But we lack the confidence of running this business and finding paying customers.
