My professional background

In my role as operations director, I oversaw several departments of a 200+ employee company and implemented processes and systems to maximize revenues and employee efficiencies. In my role as business owner and event planner, I managed the entire client process, provided project management on the day of the event, and implemented systems in my own business to automate processes and the client experience. My role as operations director covers day to day operations, client management, sales and marketing, overseeing employees, and implementing processes and systems to achieve long and short term goals.

I love assessing problems both internally (processes, systems) and externally (website, social media) to determine what kind of improvements can be made or systems can be implemented to increase efficiencies and brand exposure.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

I am hoping to mentor people who want success and are willing to work hard to achieve it. I would expect that prior to our phone call they provide me with the information I need to have a productive phone call, and then I would appreciate being able to check back in on them to see how they are doing with the action steps we discussed in our call.

I always like to know what you do, who you serve, and what results you bring your clients. I also like to know what your current challenges are and what you've already tried to solve them.
