My professional background
My key contributions have been customer experience strategy design, employee engagement, managing multiple projects, driving continuous improvement and managing quality systems. I also write books in my spare time who likes telling engaging articles and stories.
Because of my +10 years experience in a management consulting role, I have become passionate about entrepreneurship and I am currently working with new businesses that have just started and are trying to locate financing, identifying their target market and developing their brand.
My latest accomplishments are obtaining my business degree and being certified as a business analyst. I have also received my customer experience accreditation through Satmetrix and received an award in 2016 for driving customer experience and quality within my current organisation.

I would like to help new entrepreneurs who have a business idea and do not know how to take it further or small business who are trying to find finance, define a marketing strategy, build their brand and identify their target market.
Other areas that interest me is designing an effective customer experience strategy, aligning it with your staff (if any), having customer-centric process and quality management systems that work to the benefit of its staff as well as its customers. All these areas contribute to a company's competitive advantage.
