My current challenges
Over the last few years, we have been facing a crunch in our business, mainly due to: a. A new entity that has come up - has deep pockets and connections. It is able to undercut us and provide for better resources, b. More competion (not only from the above) but also from smaller players, has resulted in a loss of profit and an over decline in the top line too.
We are in an odd position, where we are neither too small nor too large. Being medium means that the smaller needs goto smaller players and the really big ones goto the one big guy.

Sportzworkz Started 2010
We specialise in LIVE broadcasting of sports across platforms like the web, television, radio, etc. We mainly work in India and the Indian subcontinent. When we started we were market leaders for a few years and got a lot of success. Over the last few years, while our expenses have gone up, we have also got more competition in the market. Also one of our competitions is a behemoth from another industry and is able to get a lot of business away from us by underquoting and also by providing better resources.
