How I can help

My professional background

I manage a wholesale import/export business out of Los Angeles - we work with greenhouses growers throughout the world, with factories in China. The US office was started 8 years ago, and we've grown revenue significantly as well as opened up partnerships with big box retailers. We supply hard goods for the greenhouse industry, and work to develop new product for automation and to keep with demand.

How to work with me

What I can offer

I can help with the process of starting up a business - steps involved and how to hit the ground running. Deciding on when the right time is to bring on additional members ,and building a successful sales team - how to break down territories and recommended CRM software and growth. For anyone working with an international business, how to cultivate and create valuable and reliable partners and transparent communication.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

Responsive and thorough with needs, prepared for meetings and having thought through possible strategies rather than waiting on me to come up with all ideas. Open to constructive criticism and to new ideas.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

Prepare current business strategy and hurdles/obstacles/questions, to keep the meeting as productive as possible. Being very clear with what you hope to gain out of the mentorship so we are clear on goals.
