I am an established leader in IT industry with more than 30 years of experience in software products and services. After completing his engineering degree in Electronics and Masters’ degree in Physics from prestigious BITS, Pilani, and a Management degree in IT from AIMA as Gold Medalist, I have served large organizations and have extensively traveled across the globe.
I have worked for SAIL, US Steel, IIS Inc, Polaris & Intellect in various capacities and multi-cultural experience in working in the US, Europe, South East Asia and Africa. I am passionate in coaching and have actively imparted training & coaching to leadership team and managers, while in Polaris/ Intellect.
I have co-founded Datacraftz, an IT product and services company that is developing some very innovative and complex products and solutions, servicing some prestigious clients. I am also mentoring manufacturing startup INULITE, where I am guiding the young team in business, engineering & sales.
I have strong process orientation, deep knowledge of software engineering and IT Technology and effective in building high performance teams in software engineering. I have strong exposure of quality and have participated in ISO and CMMI certifications.
Being an amateur painter and sculptor working works in multiple mediums, I bring a creative approach in my designs of software solutions and processes.
