I currently work for EduAims, a Educational Consultancy Firm based in Kolkata, specialising in training students for various exams like SAT, GRE, IELTS and GMAT and help them apply to top universities across the world. We help students with profile building, college essays, CV, Visa and other parts of the application.
I am also the Manager at my family business- Unitech Water Technologies pvt ltd and we are responsible for helping SMEs with water treatment and waste treatment solutions. I have been working in our business since college.

There should be no communication barriers and even if there is, I’ll strive to mitigate it.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start
They should have a basic understanding of what is going wrong in the business even if she/he is unable to pin-point it.
They should make a gist of Issues that they feel are relevant for me to identify and thereby hopefully solve the problem.
They understand their business the best, so before approaching any mentor, they should have clear expectations out of the mentorship.
