I'm a serial entrepreneur with deep roots (36-years) in the health and wellness and green industries and with five successful startups and one epic failure in my portfolio. New, innovative models of value creation in the health and wellness space, growth, collaboration, and setting and achieving BHAG's (Big Hairy Audacious Goals) are core to my DNA.
I firmly believe that we don’t have to live in a dog-eat-dog world – and that in fact, when the dogs learn to work together, they can accomplish much more than any of them could on their own. Think of the incredible weight a team of sledge dogs can comfortably pull across the snow; no single dog can accomplish that.
How to work with me
What I can offer
As an entrepreneur, your goal is to de-risk your idea and turn it into a profitable business or product. The hard part of doing that is to constantly test and adapt your idea based on input from the real world. In the wake of CoronaChaos, more than ever, your business model - rather than your BIG idea - enables you to build a profitable and scalable business.
My superpower is building innovative business models for turning passion-driven ideas into profitable ventures - a.k.a. lean startup business planning.
If you are an aspiring or existing entrepreneur looking for guidance and support to turn your BIG idea into reality feel free to get in touch.
My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
A successful mentoring relationship provides you with a safe space to share your challenges and to explore opportunities for growth and development. I believe a mentoring relationship flourishes when it is based on curiosity, openness, trust, a growth mindset, a can-do attitude, and the willingness to be the best version of yourself.
How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start
Please think through the following questions, being as specific as you can in your answers: Where are you currently in your business? What are your biggest challenges and needs? What did you try so far to overcome your challenges and needs? What did you learn from trying those? How do you think I can help you?
