My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

Different factors lead to a successful mentoring relationship. The main point is relationship itself. I believe thats mentoring is based on a good human relationship. Some mentors, even if they are experts in their domain, might not fit to some mentees. Its important to find that out from the beginning. A great relationship fosters personal growth for both sides and gives trust to each other.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

An Entrepreneur should be clear about his needs and why he is searching for mentorship. The main questions are: - Where do I need help? - What do I expect from the mentor? - How do I want to start (structure, frequency etc.)? These questions make it easier to set the expectation already from the beginning.
