Developing and managing a team of over 50 consultants over half the US and that a majority of them all had moved up into management roles. In addition, developing E-Commerce programs and developing a 200% growth with two years by stratgic planning and writting my own buisness guides, scripts and the development of software programs. But I am the most proud of seeing true personal and professional growth within the people I managed and also the clients I worked with. For their is no cookie cutter solution that will fit all needs. I have learned to ask lots of questions and then to be quiet and listen with intensity, because in order to be a good consultant, you must get the other person to open up and tell you the true issues. And many times if there are problems, they do not want you to know the true problems. And my goal is to help, and to do this I must gain trust, respect and acceptance. Once this is accomplished I can help.
How to work with me
What I can offer
I am open to any type of needs that are needed. My past experiences have exposed me to many opportunities and experiences. I live my life with the attitute that if you put your mind to a project you can find a solution. If you say "I will try" you have already set yourself up to fail. I want to show new entrepreneurs that with the right focus, direction and dedication solutions are available. I believe my never give up attitude and past successes are the most value to a entrepreneur, because I am willing to work with them hip to hip.
My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
I am looking for an entrepreneur to be honest and prepared to work. The journey for an entrepreneur is full of surprises and can be successful with planning and commitment.
How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start
Have a vision, blueprint and life experience. Before our first meeting I would like the entrepreneur to come prepared to answer questions about the what, why and what sets them apart from their competitors. After that we will have an open dialogue to determine what the entrepreneur wants or needs the most help with.
