Abdallah Yakoub is a Global Business Expert who believes in Growth Mindset, Agility and Empowerment. Abdallah is a Leadership & Peak Performance Coach, Corporate Trainer and Business Advisor. He is a professional active member at Association for Talent Development (atd). Abdallah is an Egyptian pharmacist who started his professional career early in 2006. He has high level of diversified national and international expertise in multiple domains of business (sales, marketing, management, business development, talent and organizational development, coaching and training). Abdallah used to work at mega multinational companies in different fields such as Pharmaceuticals (Novartis - GSK - Lundbeck), Medical Devices (Alcon Surgical), Cosmetics (L'Oréal), Plastic Recycling (Green Minds), Talent & Organizational Development (Blue Holding), and Teaching at Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (Faculty of Pharmacy).Abdallah believes in life time learning for development making himself valuable asset to himself in the first place, his social and professional connections and of course the organization(s) he belongs to where his dynamic competencies (educational background, diversified experience and skills combined with high performance) are being utilized towards advancement and growth.
Abdallah had been officially certified as a Professional Trainer in Thinking Skills in 2011 then he earned his post graduate diploma in sales management and marketing in 2012. Abdallah also is a Certified Master Soft Skills & Sales Trainer from the American Institute of Professional Studies (AIPS) since 2014. He holds MBA degree in Global Marketing from ESLSCA Business School since 2018.
Abdallah is engaged to the voluntary work since he was student and he contributed in the development of more than 18,000 persons in different countries since 2012 through his role as Training & Development Manager at AADP (Association of Applying & Developing Pharmacy - Non Profit Organization)

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
1) Mentor Being an effective mentor is not always about telling someone what to do. Instead, it’s about playing multiple roles to help the mentee achieve their objective. Sometimes being a mentor means sharing business knowledge, while other times it means being a support system. 2) Mentee The most successful mentees are those who are motivated and feel empowered to plan and manage the direction of their professional life. They take responsibility for their development, learning, and professional growth. Further, they come to the mentor/mentee relationship open to coaching, feedback, and guidance from the mentor.
How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start
1- Gap analysis: Identify the skills, knowledge, and/or goals that he/she wants to achieve and communicate them to me (the mentor). 2- Bring up new topics that are important to him/her at any point and give feedback to me (the mentor).
