My professional background

I have around 20 years of experience including my early life career which was before graduation from 1999 – 2004 from the Hospitality Industry. I have been brought up in such a challenging environment from the early years of life, that’s where I always cherish where I am today with such a rich experience from diverse industries and working with people like you. It was great learning in every stage of my life. I believe in the 3 P’s which are People, Process, and Policy. Balance within these three pillars can make us stand still and progressive in every stage of organizational growth.

I possess very strong Operation and Customer Service experience which is a backbone for any organisation. Being in this department, I understand and have very strong experience in Product, Project, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Internal Control, Quality, Technology Implementations, Testing, Marketing Campaign, HR, and Admin experience. I have had a great experience in managing and heading these units independently also in some of the Organisation and closely interacting with both internal as well as external stakeholders including, Vendors, Partners, BC’s, Regulators (RBI, SEBI, NSDL, CDSL, MoHA, Police authorities, NPCI, VISA, MasterCard, Concurrent and Statutory Auditors, Consultancy firm like PwC and Deloitte, etc.

This including a Start-Up experience for setting up Ops, Risk, and Compliance and CS unit from the scratch and leading those till it becomes a huge team independently. I have been the core team member for a successful start-up journey of Udio a product from Transerv.

I understand and have strong experience in the Digital Banking Products such as Issuing (Wallets and Cards), Acquiring (PG, POS, QR) Channel business (DMT, Indo-Nepal) AEPS, Casa products, Asset products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Consumer Finance), Wealth Management, DP and Custody Operations.

Overall, I understand every product and process from the root level thereby it helps me to do RCA in case of a breach, Risk Assessment, and Mitigation, Product progress report, Regulatory reporting, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, Sales Support, Underwriting, Disputes, complaints and chargeback management, process writing, SLA, Dashboards, team management, employee performance, MIS and reporting, etc.
