I have a strong experience in financial reporting throughout the bank and insurance industry. I have worked over the years in auditing, consulting and managed teams and projects within the finance reporting domain.
I have been in charge of financial consolidation and SOX controls within an international bank (HSBC). I then joined Credit Agricole Insurance and led Solvency II project for Pillar 3, including quantitative and qualitative reporting. I led prudential reporting process with both actuarial department and finance department. For this insurance company I represented the accounting department for IFRS17 while in the meantime I started preparing an actuarial degree.
I joined BNP Paribas Insurance (CARDIF) to focus on the building up of a data lake with information needed by Finance, Actuary and Risk Functions to ease future reporting requirements. I also worked on first transition IFRS17 simulations and on an IFRS17 dry run.
I am now a Director within the Insurance/IFRS17 Solution Specialist team for the EMEA region.
I am graduated from Leeds University Business School, IESEG Management School and have earned a one year actuarial degree from ISUP at University of Sorbonne.

My background is mainly in Finance.
My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
I'm a very engaged person. When I do something, I do it the right way and with a purpose of quality and timing delivery. But I'm also demanding. I appreciate to work with people who try to do their best and who are enthusiastic.
