Paul is a Recruitment and Business Development Manager in one of the leading Recruitment & HR Development Consulting firms in Africa. His drive for impact and workplace transformation has led to several projects designed for the developmental positioning and fulfilment of Professionals U-30.
He is a self-leadership and culture shaper advocate, with very keen interest in career and talent optimization. Paul's desire is to change the wrong narrative of being an employee among emerging professionals within and outside Africa, and helping them find meaning in their career.
He is a impact-driven worker with transferable skills to help maximize the growth of any team he finds himself, regardless the ever dynamic business environment we are in.
Over the years, Paul has offered training and support to various groups and organizations on matters around people skills, self leadership, career optimization, content, networking, etc. He has authored Materials and Books read in different countries in Africa and the Middle East Asia.
Courtesy of his contributions, he has been featured on magazine, radio shows, and as well nominated and recognised with several awards, including being awarded as an outstanding leader of the year in 2019 by the MOGi Global Leadership School and also received an award from Women Connect for contributing to the development of leadership skills in African Women and Girls.
In 2020, Paul was nominated under the personal development category alongside Foluso Gbadamosi and Naomi Osemedua at the social media for social good Africa awards 2020 and he also got a CEO special recognition award 2020 for his LinkedIn content contribution to helping the young professionals emerge.
Paul is an active member of several volunteering groups and currently leads My Nigeria Network, an initiative that equips children below 18 years with the leadership and soft skills needed for easy and proper integration into the world of work. Through this platform, Paul and his team has been ale to successfully reach out to 2000 children in the 3 different states across Nigeria.
