My MBA is focused on Marketing Management, and my BS is General Engineering (with PoliSci minor).
How to work with me
What I can offer
I can offer a review of existing business plans or help you develop a template for creating a business plan. I can provide go-to-market insights and offer recommendations for research and professional networking to move your plans from ideation to validation. I can help you strategize on how to develop your brand and provide a list of ways to help you validate that with your prospective customers.
If ready for execution, I can help you develop product/service launch plans and provide a list of solutions that you might need to market and sell your products/services (i.e. web development, email marketing, social media/PR, e-commerce, etc.).
Lastly, I can help develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure growth milestones and set sales targets that meet your ROI objectives.
My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship is that you are open and honest with yourself and what you desire to achieve, that you have some basic goals in mind, and that you will consider at least some of the recommendations I provide to you. Through honest communication comes trust and a willingness to give our best efforts towards a common goal.
How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start
Have some basic goals lined out, be clear in asking what you specifically need help with, and be willing to share any business plans or other planning documents that you have started, as a baseline for our discussion.
