My professional background
Hi, I am Dawid and I worked with start-ups and e-Commerce companies in Europe and Asia for about 10 years. There I gained a lot of experience in the areas of Business Development, Sales, Pricing, HR, Finance, Logistics, and IT. I am happy to share this knowledge and I can support with setting up businesses, developing strategies for sales/pricing/logistics, supporting with selection and implementation of IT tools and processes, and many more. But feel free to reach out to me whatever challenge you are facing - I will try to support you as well as I can.

What I can offer
As I am currently in a gap year I have plenty of time and motivation to share my experience and skills to support your businesses and ideas. As stated in the about me section I gained experience in many business fields (Business Development, IT, Logistics, Finance, HR, etc.), but I am happy to help with whatever challenge you are facing. As I mainly worked with start-ups and very young companies I am used to finding out-of-the-box solutions that are time and cost-efficient and I can also help with management, leadership, or communication tasks as I worked in management roles for almost 9 years.
My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
The main expectation is to help your business develop. How we will work together is something we can discuss in the first mails and calls as I don't believe there is a blueprint solution that works for everybody. In general, I value open discussions and communication and am looking for long-term mentoring relationships. Anything else we can discuss and agree on together as the cooperation style should be something both sides are happy with :)
