My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship: 1. Keep an open mind. 2. Ask questions relative to what you'd like to be mentored on. 3. Actively Listen. 4. Prepare your questions before engagement. 5. My mentoring is one to help you make an informed decision, having understood both sides of the coin. 6. Please be polite and not argumentative. The decision is still yours to take.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

  1. Make thorough research on the industry you're about to venture into.

  2. Be aware of basic facts around your industry.

  3. A pen and paper will also aid during communications, to give you something to reflect upon later.

Thanks.
