MY JOB: I am a professionally trained Catering Consultant, and Culinary instructor. As a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Certified Professional Food Manager {CPFM), and Master Certified Foodservice Manager (MCFM), with over two decades expertise in the food service industry, my company offer innovative, technical and professional services in hospitality management services. We are the founder/publisher of FoodGuide Magazine. MY WORK, I am an Entrepreneur, a Creative & Technical writer with two published literary titles to my creidit (SHATTERED CLAY, an anthioogy of poems; RETURN TO AGES, a Young-adult fantasy fiction). I have developed buisiness plan for individuals and businesses that accessed loan and grants.
