My professional background
am a creative, open-minded, international person, always on the go. I have excellent organisation skills and an extensive experience in client relationship management. Having been an entrepreneur and a mother of three, I have good problem solving skills. I communicate and negotiate well. I enjoy working autonomously as well as in a team. I have an extensive overview of all aspects of the business such as customer care, marketing and sales, IT, finances, business and product development. I am familiar with the corporate and the rating agencies’ world, and I have a good understanding of financial instruments.
I have recently re-joined Moody's as an Assistant Vice President Relationship Manager. I mainly cover Italy and UK/Ireland.
Previously, I was the owner and manager of my own educational business, where I offered English-language courses to children with the Helen Doron methodology and to adults with a speaking oriented approach. Over time, I have got a good grip of the importance of understanding and satisfying individual customer needs.
I have also played an important role in the Helen Doron educational franchising network, where being the Master Franchisor of Milan-Monza-Pavia, I was in charge of the business development of the area. In addition to coordinating the existing small business Learning Centres, I found and helped teachers and entrepreneurs to establish new ones.
Before founding my own business in 2010, I worked as a Vice President for the Rating Agency Moody's for over 10 years. I enjoyed all the professional aspects of structured finance ratings such as business modelling and corporate law, having both an Economics and a Law Degree.
Ever since, I have attended several coaching courses and read relevant books, and learnt that the most important thing in life is to make your passion work for you.
