How I can help

My professional background

MBA and BSEET. 12 years in middle/upper management 30 years in product development. Several years self employed. Co-author of two very successful books on computer technology. I was once Director of Engineering at Phoenix Technologies, then VP at American Arium

How to work with me

What I can offer

I am 70 and retired. I just want to share what I know, so I can feel useful again. I have an MBA and decades of business experience, and it seems like a pity that in a few years I will be gone, and all that I know will die with me. I want to share what I know with others while I can.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

I just want to help others to achieve their dreams. What that means will be up to them.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

I will work with anyone, even if that means that I need to explain to them that they are not yet ready to start a business (I have done that before). What I will explain to everyone is that they need a good business plan, and I can help them create one. This single thing usually separates the CAN DO from the wannabes. I love helping people to succeed, but it can also be rewarding to save someone from wasting time and money on a flawed plan. I can do either with tact.
