Have been an entrepreneur since 1990. Successfully co-built a leading, global software products and services firm focused on Retail customers. Worked through various aspects of IT - development, quality assurance, offshore development/management, customer services, project management and overall operations, including budgeting and cost management. Have extensive experience in dealing with all levels in customer organizations. Now semi-retired and have more time to mentor upcoming entrepreneurs.

I would like to discuss the aspirations, focus areas and ideas of budding entrepreneurs and offer them the benefit of my experience and expertise in building a business from scratch - all the way from acquiring the first customer to building organizational structures that are strong. I can also provide advice on scaling of organizations as they grow. My major areas of focus will be as aspects of operations within the organization and providing impeccable customer service.

Would ideally like to mentor a startup, preferably started by a group of professionals, who have a product or service and already have or are pursuing their first customer. Am happy to interact with them, offer guidance, review plans, help with documentation, presentations and procedures and whatever it takes for them to be successful.
