While my titles have varied (Operations Manager, Corporate Trainer, Business Process Manager, Logistics Manager, Director of Security and Compliance), the focus has always been the same; hiring, training and growth (mentoring/coaching) of employees, making operations efficient and successful, identifying opportunities, resolving issues/roadblocks, documenting best practices, standard operating procedures and service level agreements/contracts, as well as serving as mentor and coach to all levels.
How to work with me
What I can offer
My experience in working with Fortune 100 companies, mid-size companies and small companies in many verticals has given me a unique perspective into the many ways a company can be managed successfully. This includes culture creation, business strategy, goal setting, road-mapping, employee recruiting and retention, sales and operations planning, auditing, change management, process management, etc.
My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
First, and most importantly, due diligence is necessary. If you've done all the research, prepared a business plan, performed a SWOT analysis on your business and yourself, then you are ready. You will know which specific areas you need mentoring and what specific questions you need answered. Preparation is very important.
How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start
An entrepreneur must do the necessary research, complete a business plan, complete a self-analysis on themselves, as well as their business and identified specific targets for mentoring. That will convince me that they are sincere about the mentoring process.
