I started my professional life as an entrepreneur. I set up and ran my own business, a language school. I sold it when it reached its potential. At that time, I didn't know how to move it to the next level. Then, I I moved to the corporate world: brokerage, insurance. Even though it was lucrative, I didn't get the inspiration I needed to thrive. At the time I thought that what was most important in life for me was security. Later, with personal development work I discovered that I am the kind of person that flourishes through human interaction and an inspiring vision founded on meaning. After my PhD in spiritual leadership and my dual role as teacher and researcher, I have been moving back to business. I am becoming my own boss again and building my business on coaching, mentoring and management consulting. I feel as if a long circle is closing. This time I have the experience and knowledge I didn't have when I started my professional life. I can be ahead of the game!
