I have ralised that the is a need for laundry service in my area,as people are busy from mondays to sundays.when i intervened with a questionaire research around my residing area and sorroundings i mange to see my market segment or potential customers and realised that they a few similar business in the capital city of my home country Botswana.my intension is to expand to other towns as we are a developing country.

i have no business yet but i want to start one a small scale. i tried to look for different business models and found few.but some of them needed investments which i don't have,some of them required your own sites. i am an amazon affiliate but i have not made a single penny yet. i have watched entrprnure telling how they build their business but in the end they just ask for buying their services which cost around $1000.they offer some free content at the price of email id's. then i tried affiliate program but again no results. every thing looks so messed up. i don't know howto start and grow a business practically.i only know about ideas and theories. i need a mentor who can guide me start my business and scale it

También en un futuro de zapatos cinturones y más productos de Cuero .. yo vivo en una ciudad costera y las quisiera traer de la sierra de mi país..(cotacachi) .. ya antes había vendido hace dos años atrás . I started this venture of mine with an objective of serving the untouched market. The purpose was to provide good quality services at a reasonable cost. During the initial days of my business the firm did quiet a good job but with the passage of time things started getting stagnant. Reason for this can be attributed to there being limited personal contacts in market. In my initial days i used all my contacts to find the suitable work for me but with the passage of time it started getting limited. We want some serious mentors of this community to suggest some ways by which we can succeed well in achieving our target of 5-6 millions revenue this financial year.

Quiero hacer crecer mi negocio de manera local y proyectarme internacionalmente. Por el momento el negocio es local y solo tengo algunos productos, pero mi intención es crecer y llegar a diferentes latitudes del mundo.

Actualmente estoy abocada en mi emprendimiento, en todos lo temas legales. Me recibí de productora, obtuve la matricula y comencé a registrarme en todo lo que tiene que ver con alta de la empresa en impuestos, en la Unidad de información financiera y demás. Todavía no he salido a vender pólizas; no cuento con una oficina para el inicio. Pienso que sería de mucho gasto y no sé si podría mantenerla al comienzo. Por lo que mi casa sería ideal. Tengo pensado aprovechar dos nichos de posibles clientes; por un lado los contactos que obtuve todo este tiempo de antiguos trabajos, y por otro, mi marido trabaja en una empresa de transporte y tenemos varios interesados. Mi duda surge en que, yo siendo un emprendimiento de servicios, debo hacer un plan de negocios? Necesitaría ayuda de alguna persona que tenga expertis en el tema de seguros. Quiero iniciar mi actividad con un apoyo, que me vaya guiando en mis comienzos; Deje mi trabajo para hacer crecer este emprendimiento y poder vivir de él

Mi empresa es de servicios Limpieza integral, media y básica de cualquier tipo de vehículos, ya sea de media y alta gama tengo altas espectativas de explotar mejor este rubro que esta tan repleto de oportunidades actualmente de cada 10 personas 8 tienen cuando menos un vehículo y por las condiciones climáticas tiempo caminos etc. El lavado de vehículos es necesario mínimamente 2 veces al mes. Considero que necesito escuchar mas ideas de como agrandar el negocio como administrar los recursos y las ganancias que genera tanto para autosustentarse y seguir invirtiendo y creciendo.
