Before you even thought of that you need to ask yourself these things; ☆ Be mindful on the part of selecting colours for decorating your place of business. Try to consolide some or part of the colours which are shown from your brand logo design. To still maintain relevance of your brand image in peoples mind. Colour mean alot whencit comes to decoration there are some colours set aside to your nature of business. ☆ The place of business is key to help you know what kind of targeted market you are attracting are they low, middle or high income. ☆ What image do you want to potray from the market, a poshy or classy place for certain class of elite to mingle, or have business meeting interaction? ☆ Your design should focus on creating a calm atmosphere for your clients as they enter and leave your restaurant. This may include how clean your place is from front end to back end, lightning, arrangement of seats to offer privacy between one table to the other and accessibility of restroom to all including people with special conditions.

There are so many questions to ask before you start designing your restaurant. Is it related to certain cuisine (Italian, Chinese, etc.)? Who are your potential visitors? What is an atmosphere you want to create around? To put it simply - what is the conception of your restaurant? You can design this place according to the main courses in a menu, for example. Or you can create a minimalistic design to provide a casual atmosphere. Once I visited one little retro-style restaurant in Hungary that looked like a granny's apartment. There were simple but very homemade dishes on its menu. This all made that place unique.

When we were designing our bar, we found a lot of design inspiration from places we already loved, as well as pieces we found in vintage stores. You can build moodboards based on the things you observe around you!

Nahla hi. You may want to take inspiration from some relevant clues. Examples: type of food in the menu, customers profile, your original business motivation. Then look for ideas in social media and specialized magazines. Bon appétit.

First you have to know your customer needs, then identify your target market and you could add new chefs to serve variety of dishes, but human resource is the core competency for Business growth the most talented chefs should be your target area and you could also do competitive analysis and use marketing intelligence to use marketing approach besides advertising, diversifying , integrating forwards and backwards or opening branch's or new location or invest on furniture and fixture or you have to do competitive analysis and come up with new competencies to do better than your competitors as firms who do competitive analysis are 10 times more profitable than who don't but surely if you were in this specific industry you know more about the star grades and requirements in your country so you could do strategic planning to diversify your business
