I want to know the possible reasons why my business is not quite profitable although it is the most appreciated in my town and customers are highly satisfied.

Do you offer profitable value to your clients? If you do, they will offer you good funds in exchange.

Sana, you must understand some things: 1.- The cost of your products vs the selling price. 2.- Your cost of operation: Salaries, rent, electricity, taxes, advertising, etc. 3.- The total of these operating costs must be divided by percentage between the monthly number of items you sell and add that cost. 4.- You must also add to each product a percentage that is profit for you

Then you have: product cost + percentage of the cost of the operation + percentage of profit This is how you determine the selling price. It is possible that you have expenses that you are not seeing and that affects your profit
