There is no definite or ready made answer to this question. to make your business successful, you will need to be very clear and precise on the following:

Why you have started the business? Who is the focused audience of your product or services? Which geography you want to focus? Why one shall avail your business services? Value Add I mean. What are your budgets or financial capacity? Once you are clear on the above, then you will need to do the following:

About competition. Your commercial or rate structure. Your team's roles and responsibilities along with yours too. Which are the means or ways you would like to promote, sale, market your business. Once you are done and ready with the details, rest other planning and strategy will take place accordingly. Please note, a success of someone else's in similar business cannot be copied or to be copied, it will not work for sure.

Finally take a help / advice from a professional who can contribute and drive your thought process. Not necessarily from me, but someone who has knowledge and experience.

Zig Ziglar said, “You can have everything in life that you want if you just give enough other people what they want.” Bottom line reply to a fundamental question. So go discover what your target customers really want and give it to them better than your competitors do. Hint ... your prospects do not want your product, they want to solve their problem or desire. If you sell shovels, focus on selling hole solutions.
