Hi Christopher,
Great question and it's one I answer all the time in my entrepreneurial workshops.
I don't know what your business is, so I'm at a little bit of a handicap to get this really "right" but I would tell you to make sure your vision, your mission and your high level objectives all tie to your values. If you haven't done so yet, make an exhausting list of your values on one side of a paper, and then all your business ideas or goals on the other side. If you don't see any connections, begin writing out your strategies for achieving your goals and objectives and then look for where there is overlap with your values. Finish writing your strategies and tactics that always return a "value" to you as well as your customer.
God Bless and Good Luck !

I'm a newbie and I don't know what a strategic plan is. Maybe you could elaborate on how I can tie my values to my "strategic plan". However, I'm fully aware of my values and it is my guide in all the steps that I take. I look forwarding to participating in your group.
