You should have a market penetration strategy. Though you are not expected to sell below cost price, it's believed that you did your market survey before going into the market. Who are your target market? Note that everyone cannot be your customer. You are in a competitive market. Hence, identify the group of people you intend to sell to. Locate your business strategically. People should be able to access you easily. Be flexible with pricing, but not to the detriment of your business at least for a start. You the right marketing tools as it applies to your business. Be calculative when exploring marketing means. Don't overshoot at this point. From time to time, get in touch with your customers. Get feedback on your products/Services Hope this will help. Complete your SWOT analysis. Determine who your target market is. People that have a history of needing and being able to obtain your product should be your target market. Be mindful of your customers and treat them with respect by promptly reacting to comments. Get your clients' contact information and communicate with them frequently with regards to your product. Request extra referrals if a consumer gives you the thumbs-up or a positive review. Don't be a slacker when it comes to marketing; don't quit, but stay within your budget. It's a gradual process that will result in a significant, favorable upscale for your product.

When you work with your heart & mind , you will get lots of customers. You should provide good service too ; trying your best to be polite , honest & not greedy. You will provide your clients with true information about your products . If you did not start yet , choose a place where lots of people live ; make adds whether on the walls or through media or through direct visits to nearby schools or restaurants or any nearby institutions that need food products . You make offers to people who buy more often from you; you can make additional services like delivering to them your products ,or give discounts on some food which you cant keep for a long period because of their short life shelf or expiry date. You can help with printed recipes with pictures of your store on the cover. You can make semi-finished food for ladies who do not have time to cook.

Business should be simple and easy to navigate... In my own businesses I realize that every day. Your question is a double barrel question... First answer the HOW TO MAKE MASSIVE SALES, then you can address the second part. If there is no sale there will be no customer service needed. Sales is a skill that needs to be learned and practiced. Do you have a sales strategy?

Firstly, if you must remain in business and increase sales massively, you must master the art of customer attraction, retention and development. Customers buy trust. You have to learn how to build trust with customers(Trust Capital).

Secondly, leverage on social media marketing, create captivating sales funnel, embark on customer engagement, sell quality products, offer great services, get feedback, and keep your promise.

Lastly, you must know one thing, every customer is not your customer. You win some and lose some but as long as you keep winning, you're on the right track.

  2. Sales is about creating certainty that you have the best solution/product, you and your company is trustworthy.

  3. People buying with emotions and justify it with logic, so find a way to trigger an emotion.

  4. Building rapport to gain trust is the first step, ask questions and focus on their needs not yours.
