I would suggest you put a lot of emphasis on digital marketing. Think about how people search and look to find local lawn services in Tulsa. They most likely go to the Google search engine and look at local registered businesses showing up in the search results. You want to get your business listed and showing up as a locally owned lawn care business in Tulsa. This is critically important to lead generation. In order for this to happen, you must have a highly optimized website. This includes serious Search Engine Optimization of the site and all content, clean and simple design of the website (less noise equals higher conversion rates) and a CTA – Call To Action at the bottom of each web page. This should be at the heart of your marketing efforts.

It is impossible to over estimate the power of word of mouth! I'd encourage you to invest time in building a local social network footprint (Facebook, NextDoor, etc) and customer referral program. Your business will grow by (1) attracting new customers and (2) getting existing customers to keep coming back.
- You should focus on clear and timely communcations with your potential customers to build trust and represent your brand. Customers want a reliable lawn care provider so your digital post comments and emails are their first way to experience that
- Consider asking exsiting customers to post a recommendation or share their personal experience on these sites to attract new customers
- Offer a "repeat service" discount or bundle price to existing customers to get them coming back and build loyalty. You can do something similar for new customers (half off your 2nd cut).
Good luck!

Economies of delivery in this case make neighbor-to-neighbor marketing the most valuable. You could also consider offering a neighborhood a group rate, to reflect the fuel savings and benefit to the environment. At the same time, emphasize the quality of your service, rather than the price - that you implement all the latest techniques and materials, and rely on the feedback from the community you serve.

I would put a heavy focus on your digital presence to promote this business. Leverage social media platforms to connect with customers in the local community in which you serve. There are many great community focused channels or groups that you can post on and be active with. From there, make sure that your web site projects your brand and the image that you want to cast. It also is important to ensure that it is easy for the customer to then get in touch with you or your business form that site. Lastly, considering a promotional flow or offer to get people interested. Leveraging referral promotions can also be very effective.
